Multiple polls in Pennsylvania show that Kamala Harris and Donald Trump are both tied. Pittsburgh City Councilman Khari Mosley says that at this point, the race will be determined by the ability to turn people out.
Mosley said that the most important for Harris was to get people to vote.
“Oftentimes they talk about swing voters in elections, and it's the swing voters that are deciding, you know, between the two candidates. And I think, you know, in this election, it's going to be decided by the swing voters that are deciding whether to vote or not to vote,” said Mosley.
