PA Lt Governor Austin Davis speaks at an Aliquippa football game in Beaver County (Fernando Calvacanti)

At an Aliquippa football stadium, PA Lt Gov Austin Davis says PA election is likely to be won by 0.5%.

The son of a bus driver from the deindustrialized McKeesport, he talks about how the Democratic Party has sometimes failed to show up in Rust Belt communities like his. Davis says that the key to winning this election will be for Democrats to focus on those communities.

Payday will be out on the road this weekend talking to people all over Western PA.
